Prone Tricep extension- set up bench a few inches away from a pulley system. Use two separate handles and keep your palms facing towards your face. Keeping elbows locked in place extend forearm and squeeze triceps. Make sure to fully extend and squeeze when your triceps are fully engaged. Good quality reps are the key!
