March 9, 2016, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko visits Ankara, Turkey, and is greeted by President Reccep Erdogan. Poroshenko also meets Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu. The following day on March 10, a Ukrainian Battleship "Getman Sagaydacny" with Hull # U310 arrived in Saraybosna Harbor in Istanbul to pick up Military Equipment. While Russian Ships "Alexander Otrakovsky 031" and "Novocherkassk" passing in Turkish Bosphorus Strait but International Waters was closely monitored and escorted by Turkish Coastal Guard, National Guard, and Police.
Poroshenko is in the Turkish capital for a two-day official visit which will involve high-level bilateral talks relating to trade, security, and energy.
Poroshenko in an address to the Turkish Parliament also called on Turkey to recognise the deportation of the Crimean Tatars by the USSR in 1944 as an act of genocide. Last month the Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu officially visited Kiev.
There has been evidence that Turkish group "Grey Wolves" are collaborating with Ukrainian Nationalists and Right Sector, and Tatar Minorities, particularly Mustafa Dzhemilev and Lenur Islyamov, to initiate the third stage of blockading Crimea, which is creating a sea blockade ( https://youtu.be/hxLE5ylkA7Y).
